Delete your CelDrive account

You can delete your account yourself at any time. It takes a minute and can't be undone.

In the app or on the web

  1. Sign in at app.celdrive.com, or open the CelDrive phone app.
  2. Web: open Account in the menu on the left. Phone: go to the home screen and scroll down.
  3. Choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

On a paid plan? Cancel it first in Account, so you are not charged again. Then delete the account.

Can't sign in?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm by reply and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

  • Your cloud computers are turned off and erased.
  • Every file you stored with CelDrive, including phone photo backups and snapshots.
  • Your account: email, phone number, devices, settings and search history.

What we keep

Payment and usage records (dates, amounts, hours used), because tax law requires it. They hold no files. Any unused prepaid credit can be refunded: ask at [email protected].
